Due to the small-batch nature of Crememechi, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at crememechi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item

We'll review your request and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. We want you to love everything you receive from us!

Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll get it sorted out right away.
