Thank you for supporting Crememechi! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

Processing time
All orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1 week of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping
We ship via USPS within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout for individual items. Bundles of 5 ship free!

Lost packages
Crememechi is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please contact your local post office first. Reach out to us at crememechi@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
